[Feature request] How to exclude specified types of file

Description
In some situation,I have alreadly had a extension to run code for some types of file,for example,Micosoft Python extension for python.So it will be redundant and not convenient to choose from two run code options when you want to run the code.But how to disable code runner for some types of file?
