[Feature request] Add support for Live Share extension

I was using Live Share extension by Microsoft and Code Runner ran in my local terminal instead of remote terminal.

I don't know how to change code runner to work in the remote terminal. I had to type the command in the remote terminal manually. There should be a feature like right click on the run code icon to change terminals.
