Vscode python linter ignore new path [File Directory AS Cwd]

Description
I clicked on this settings.
and project root path is changed to my subfolder.
its add.py
I would expect that python import warning disappear , but its not. I think vscode use previous root path
Its there someway to solve this? or change in way I want.
