Cant use Code-runner, think its a simple fix

- VS Code Version: Most recent as of 1/16/19
- OS Version: Windows 10 pro
- Code Runner Version: 0.9.6

**Describe the bug**
Whenever i use the comand for code runner it dosnt output properly

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open vs code
2. Have new python file and try to print whatever you want
3.ctrl +alt+ N

**Actual behavior**

[Running] & C:/Users/Philippe/AppData/Local/Programs/Python/Python37-32/python.exe "c:\Users\Me\Desktop\Hello World\app.py"
& was unexpected at this time.
**Expected behavior**
It should just print, i dont want to just work around it. I need an actual solution , please help.
