I want to single out a particular file, like my index.js or main.js

Right now I'm using the custom command, but if I wanted to set a main file to be ran, that calls the current file I'm working in, without having to switch tabs. I'm guessing I'm doing it the right way, but I was wondering if there was a way to set you're main file to be ran.
