[Feature request] Disable the extension for specific language

I'm always frustrated when code runner sets itself as default play button for Python.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I would like to disable the extension for some languages.

No file or test is named. Start by locating the TypeScript extension entry point and the settings or language configuration behind Code Runner's play button; define how a user would select languages to disable. Done means configured languages no longer use the extension as the default play button, while other languages continue to work.
