[Bug] fix the Clear output on windows

- VS Code Version: 1.96.4
- OS Version: Windows
- Code Runner Version: 0.12.2

**Describe the bug**
Clear Previous Output not working.
It works fine on mac & linux.
I installed it on 2 laptops but same behavior.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Figure out the issue
2. Fix it

**Actual behavior**
Not clearing the previous output. Massive Gaps when we run code 2 or more time

**Expected behavior**
Clear the Output everytime we run the code.
