[Bug] Cannot build and debug because the active file is not a C or C++ source file.

Description
The example code in the screenshot will get executed with a regular run in the regular terminal. Also, everything that was supposed to be added to path, is added there.
- VS Code Version: 1.82
- OS Version: Windows 11 Pro, 64-bit, 22H2
- Code Runner Version: v0.12.0
**Describe the bug**
When trying to run in Code Runner's output terminal I receive the following error: "Cannot build and debug because the active file is not a C or C++ source file."
