File Upload thumbnail inside modal

Description
I want to have a file upload component with thumbnail preview inside model using angular-formly bootstrap. I tried, it worked. However, thumbnail preview didn't work. In addition I could access vm.model.
Could anyone please help me in this regard by showing an example?
