Description
These errors may be due to PE org limitations WRT Apex authoring
- During startup Apex testing extension reports error "Failed to populate suite items: sObject type 'ApexTestSuite' is not supported."
- Org browser does not show MD types for Apex Classes
- One can create an Apex class in the workspace, but it immediately becomes read-only
- Maybe we should suppress Apex create commands based on org shape capabilities
