### Summary
I'm using Github Copilot business in vs code. it is working as expected. but If i try to add mcp.json file as per documentation, unable to see server under list of servers.

### Steps To Reproduce
1. Create a mcp file under .vscode folder using this article: https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.sfdx_dev.meta/sfdx_dev/sfdx_dev_mcp_server.htm#sfdx_dev_mcp_configure_orgs_toolsets
2. Open Command Palette and select MCP:Select Servers
3. Unable to see Salesforce DX server.

### Expected result
I should able to select Salesforce DX mcp server

### Actual result
Unable to see in the list of servers

### Environment details
- Salesforce DX MCP Server version (run `npx --offline @salesforce/mcp --version`)
- PASTE_VERSION_HERE
- MCP Client (A4D, Copilot, Cursor, etc)
- PASTE_MCP_CLIENT_HERE
- LLM Model used (GPT-4.1, Claude Sonnet 4, ect)
- PASTE_LLM_MODEL_HERE
