Description

Hi,

I have started to do a feasibility study on using Salesforce DevOps in our org and then I realized that I can't follow [this](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.devops_center_org_owns_github_repo.htm&type=5) step.

Salesforce Integration Application is requesting full access to my company org, meaning it will get access to all private data of all repositories, workflows and code of our organisation. Our admins are not allowing me to install the Salesforce Integration Application and requested that I create my own Github app and connect the repo with DevOps.

From what I can gather, the functionality to point Salesforce DevOps to my own Github App for authentication does not exist.

I am sure there are people with similar scenarios where the scope of the authentication is too broad to allow using the OAuth App. Adding functionality to use a Github App, which can provide more granular permissions, would be ideal.

Thanks for the great work so far!
