Share Work Items Across Projects

The dev team would like the ability for different projects to share the same work item. The current pipeline for this dev team is multiple projects/teams that are developing in separate full copy sandboxes will deploy from those sandboxes to a shared production org. Currently, the team has to use change sets to deploy 'sideways' from full copy to full copy. Each full copy sandbox will need its own DevOps Center project/pipeline in order to work DevOps Center currently. The team would like a way that they can keep these full copy sandboxes in sync with each other.
