Description
Some orgs need long time to run all validations before deployment and DOC is timing out at exactly 100 minutes.
The **sf** CLI has a nice feature to wait (-w) that can be set to avoid the client from timing out. Looks like DOC is set at 100 minutes.
DOC should allow this setting to be changed by a DevOps Center Manager.
