Description
Provide a declarative solution to delete a promoted Work Item. For example, I was working on a Flow and promoted it all the way to Staging, but found out it had a bug. I fixed the Flow on my Dev sandbox and promoted it under a new Work Item. I pushed the new Work Item to Release/Production, but now my old Work Item is still sitting in Staging and I have no plans on promoting it since it had a bug.
