Option to execute Validation on Promotion

**Description**
I'd like to execute validation before deployment when promoting a work item o bundle. I consider it useful to check things like features enablement requirements, managed packages or apex coverage.

**The solution can be like...**
Consider add options to Promotion screen to make a Validation, see screenshot.
The validation result can result in an activity history entry with Validation details, very similar to the Promotion details.
