Adding user friendly UI capabilities/Review the UI of the app

**Describe the solution you'd like**
The UI of the app should be reviewed to add basic capabilities such as a way to filter things: projects, work items (just image a big customer using DevOps Center to deploy project releases. You could imagine hundreds of work items)
Add list views capabilities to display work items per stage
Add sort capabilities
Add filter capabilities on the pipeline too.
Should be great and very very useful to add collaboration capabilities (chatter, slack) around a project, a work item, ...
Should be great to add steps before creating work items. For example ideas, user story (business requirement/agile methodology) and then link work items to a user story for example
UI could be reviewed for the end-users to have the same experience than LEX (for example list a work items, work item detail record, chatter around a work item, ...) so that customer can then personalize those screens themselves (using app builder). Except the pipeline visualization aspect, the other part of the app could be created using LEX (like a customer building an app on the platorm). Easier then to pitch Salesforce as an app factory if DevOps center was build using the same tools (so less custom devs). Copado is a good example here.
