Only 2 Profiles being included in the Pull from the Org

**Describe the bug**
Only 2 Profiles are being included in the change when I add a new field despite the fact that more profiles than this have changed.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Add new field to an Object in a Dev Org and allow access to default set of profiles (approx 10)
2. Create Work Item and connect to the Dev Org Environment
3. Pull the Changes
4. List of 4 changes; shows the Admin Profile, Read Only Profile, Layout and Field.
...

**Expected behavior**
All the profiles that should be able to see the field have changed (checked by fetching the metadata) but only the Admin and Read Only profiles included in the Pull.
