**Describe the bug**
Project Name and Release Environment links open a modal rather than take you somewhere. This is an accessibility issue. Typically if a modal opens it caused by clicking a button.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Navigate to https://devops-center-basalt-0071.lightning.force.com/sf_devops/DevOpsCenter.app
2. Click "New Project" (after already connecting to Github)
3. Click Project Name (link) or "Click to Connect" (link)
**Expected behavior**
Expect clicking links takes me to a new page but instead, a modal is open.
