Delete Projects (or Hide/Deactivate)

No problem, just tidiness

I would like to be able to delete projects and work items

**Additional context**
As we're using DevOps Center, we've got a definite learning curve. I have test projects created that are taking up space, and we have work items that weren't completed as part of the project, etc. We've also got some duplicates created. We've created a lot of clutter and would like to be able to clean it up and organize. As we continue to learn how to best use this AMAZING new tool, we're going to come up with new processes, etc and it really helps if what we're looking at is organized and tidy.
