"View Deployment Status in Setup" button uses wrong (old?) Deployment Id

**Describe the bug**
When initiating a deployment (I guess it has to be the at least the second deployment) from one sandbox to another, or from a sandbox to production, and then using the "View Deployment Status in Setup" button from the pipeline overview dropdown, the button links to an outdated Deployment Id. This results in a page displaying the following error message:

> **Data Not Available**
> The data you were trying to access could not be found. It may be due to another user deleting the data or a system error. If you know the data is not deleted but cannot access it, please look at our support page.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Start a deployment from one sandbox to another, or from a sandbox to production.
2. In the pipeline overview, open the dropdown menu.
3. Click on "View Deployment Status in Setup".
4. Observe the resulting page and the Deployment Id in the URL.

**Expected behavior**
The button should link to the current and correct Deployment Id associated with the deployment that was just initiated. The user should be taken directly to the correct Deployment Status page in Setup.

When navigating manually to the Deployment Status page in Setup, the correct Deployment Id is shown. This suggests that the issue lies specifically with the link generated by the "View Deployment Status in Setup" button in the pipeline overview.
