"test" in markup when manually adding a component to a work item

**Describe the bug**
Not really an issue, just wanted to report in case nobody else has.
"test" seems to have inadvertently made it into the newest version.
While adding components to a work item via "Add Components Manually" option, "test" is displayed above the table of metadata after selecting a metadata type.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a work item
2. Select dev environment
3. Proceed to Source Member/Source Tracking list page
4. Click the "Add Components Manually" link at the bottom of the page
5. Select a metadata type
6. Observe "test" above the table after it loads metadata list
