Cannot sync a sandbox

**Describe the bug**
When setting up a new project with Bitbucket Cloud and adding the environment to the pipeline, the dev sandbox has an "out of sync" status and after clicking sync, following error appears:

> There was a internal data model error.
> Please reload the page or contact your system administrator if the problem persists.

**Expected behavior**
The environment should start syncing.

In the console, following error appears:
