Not able to Open the Project Name in DevOps Center

**Describe the bug**
Hi Team,

Not able to open the project after the GitHub and Release Environment (Scratch Orgs) connected.

Note : Last week, I can able to open the project which has been connected with GitHub & Release Environment (Scratch Orgs).

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. SignUp for a New Salesforce Developer Org
2. Enable DevOps Center and install the package & provide the respective permission sets to the users and connected apps.
3. Enable Dev Hub using the Salesforce Setup
4. Create 3 Scratch Orgs using this Developer Org
5. Create a new DevOps project with the Github connected.
6. Connect the release environment to any of the scratch orgs created.
7. After the connection has been established, try to Open the project you have created. (It will not open).

**Expected behavior**
When I try to open the DevOps project it should open and able to create a new pipeline for the same.
