Randomly Not Able to Create a New Work Item

Description
I'm randomly not able to create a new work item (see attached). This worked fine yesterday, nothing changed.
I have another customer using DevOps Center and it works for them so it might be server or org specific (nothing posted on trust.salesforce.com)
