Duplicate Button on Work-Item

Many times, when we want to deploy a Work-Item, we sometimes take more elements from what we really need, and if we delete the element in a commit, it can change the item or delete it when deploying it. So we have to re-create a new work-item without the problematic item.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Have a Duplicate Action button on work-item, that re-creates the work-item, somehow choose what elements to keep and optionally deletes the old work-item.
Or in a first time, just re-create the work item with the description and title
