**Describe the bug**
I'm trying to create a new profile and deploy it but can't get it to work. When trying to commit the changes, I get this error:
"Metadata API received improper input. Please ensure file name and capitalization is correct. Load of metadata from db failed for metadata of type:Profile and file name:
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Create a new profile
2. 3 changes are tracked:.
4. select these 3 changes and commit
5. Error:
**Additional information**
I tried the workaround mentioned here but to no avail:
