CPU Timouts when trying to select sandbox

**Describe the bug**
When we create a new WI and try to connect a working sandbox, we get CPU Timeout errors.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Create a large team of admins/developers
2. Have them create at least 1 sandbox each and connect to DOC
3. Create a WI, hit the drop down to select an org, wait for CPU Timeout

**Expected behavior**
Should allow us to select a sandbox without a CPU timeout.

**Additional context**
It seems there is a magic number of sandboxes/environments you can add/link to DevOps Center. We currently have 22 and sometimes we get the CPU Timeout error when trying to view our Environments under Settings.
