I get the error "There was an error.

Please reload the page or contact your system administrator if the problem persists." when I click on Add Components Manually and choose custom field on the next modal.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Add a custom field to the case object
2. Click on the work item and connect it to the developer org
3. Click on " Add Components Manually"
4. On the next modal select "Custom Field" as the component type
...

**Expected behavior**
It should display the list of the new/changed custom fields
