Can not view more than two assignee in the 'Assigned To' field while creating New Work Item.

Description
I cannot find more than two user for the assignee while creating new work item. I tried zoom out but cannot get desired result.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Created pipeline
2. Clicked New Work Item
3. Cannot view more than two users in Assigned To field
**Expected behavior**
Can view every users in the Assigned To field
