Is a separate GitHub account required for each user?

Hi,

Is a separate GitHub account required for each user who works within DevOps Center?

For example, say my team as 3 admins and 2 developers. Will each of the 5 users need their own GitHub Cloud account?

I assume this answer is yes, in order to account for who is making changes in GitHub Cloud.

Also, does this depend on if the Project Repo Owner is an Individual Account or Organization Account?
