When a Work Item failing promotion is fixed (eg by external commit to WI branch), show this with an "fixed" icon on the WI in the Pipeline view

This (attached) Work Item failed when I promoted it to "Production US".
Since then, I have fixed this by an external commit on the WI branch. This is visible in the WI Activity History, but not on the WI in the Pipeline view.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
On the WI in the Pipeline view, display status icons to show :
- failed promotions
- external commits received after a failed promotion
- show also a "ready to promote" icon when the failing WI has been reviewed and tagged "ready to promote"
