When a promotion fails, the failing WorkItem should be marked as failing in the PipeLine view

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
In the "Production US" stage, "Promotion Failed" details show that the WI-000010 work item failed. There is nothing in this view to indicate that.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
It would be nice to have the same "Promotion Failed" icon on the failing Work Item : this is useful in a scenario where I am deploying a multitude of Work Items of which only a few have failed.
