Unable to select a branch and getting error - An error occurred during the background sync process.
Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: DUPLICATE_VALUE, duplicate value found: sf_devops__Event_Id__c duplicates value on record with id: a3K4V000000uT8R: []
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to pipeline
2. Add env name
3. Unable to select a branch- its disabled
4. i get the error - background sync failed
