Promotion from Approved to the first pipeline stage stuck processing

We ran into essentially the same issue but in an earlier stage in the pipeline, deploying from a dev box to a QA environment. However, the deployment is completely stuck now.

1. We merged one minor class change via DevOps Center (Ready to Promote then Promotion via Pipeline)
1. The PR merged successfully in Github (by DevOps Center)
1. The deployment to the QA environment was successful on the Salesforce side
1. However, the Pipeline is stuck saying "Pushing" (been stuck for over 45 minutes so far, even if we refresh the page)
1. The Work Item is still in the "Ready to Promote" status.
I tried creating a new work item to see if it was also stuck, and I think we're pretty much dead in the water now because of the stuck promotion into QA.


Is there a way for us to "unstuck" that deployment? Or do I need to delete that environment from the pipeline and add it back?
