Getting issue in Setting up store

Hi All,

I am facing challenge with setting up a B2B store using sfdx. When I execute the step 4 looks like it ran into infinite loop with this error.

I have completed all the prequistie steps needed for this and facing challenge in step 4, I am new to B2B and sfdx looking for community to help me
