Promotion feature issue

Created a Scratch org from Developer org following steps from 'b2b-commerce-on-lightning-quickstart' (https://github.com/forcedotcom/b2b-commerce-on-lightning-quickstart/tree/master/sfdx).

But new scratch org have some issues:
1. No more Promotion related objects like Promotion Segment, Promotion Discount, Promotion Qualifier ect. '
2. No Promotion tab
3. No Enhanced Checkout flows

Start by reviewing the b2b-commerce-on-lightning-quickstart sfdx setup and the linked quickstart steps for creating a Scratch org. Reproduce the setup and compare the resulting org with the expected Developer org configuration. Done means the Promotion objects and tab, plus the Enhanced Checkout flows, are available in the new Scratch org.
