Unable to configure 'Flow Testing' as a Testing Provider

I have successfully configured and synchronized both Code Analyzer and Apex Unit Tests as test providers. However, I am not able to configure Flow Tests as a test provider. It's set on 'Not Installed' with seemingly no option to proceed. The documentation also doesn't explain this issue. I am authenticated with all environments.
