Why do you have padding for the template image?

Thanks for open-sourcing this awesome project!

In the [DCFNet.py](https://github.com/foolwood/DCFNet_pytorch/blob/master/track/DCFNet.py#L57), I notice you padded the template twice large as you did with the search region. Could you please shed some lights on why this is necessary? Is it possible to get a response map by using a template that is not padded? Thanks.
