Some tools should have cursors that match their icons

Description
We currently use standard cursors, except for the live transformation tool
These tools would benefit from "proper" cursors:
- scale edit pointer
- draw tool
- draw tool (quad)
- knife tool
We can probably use the SVG files directly, with a specified hotspot.
