Dedicated search field on News, Organisations, Events, Forum & Places pages

This is a key CPN complaint about how Search currently works on HH.

However, while I appreciate Francis doesn't like the current approach, his proposed solution is also going to cause problems with two search fields on each page. It also remains untested (based on his own personal bias and assumptions).

So, if we're shifting to a context-specific search field on many pages, I propose that we actually remove global site search entirely as it's too confusing and perhaps consider replacing it with a more localised search which allows users to search _either_ only the current content type _or_ all content simultaneously via means of a switch.
