We need to check all form fields to identify
- [ ] Where we have fields which are incorrectly set as Required or which need to be set as such
- [ ] Where we need to install field validation to check when users enter incorrect data
- [ ] Fields which require a maximum field length to be set
- [ ] Fields which have incorrect or missing field help text
