The `auto_commit` and `page_size` should be configurable through the config file

### Description

Currently, the library doesn't allow configuring the `auto commit` and the `page size` directly through the configuration file.

### Expected solution

Be able to configure it, through the configuration file.

Search the repository for the existing `auto_commit` and `page_size` settings and the configuration-file loading entry point. Trace how current defaults are applied, then verify that both values can be supplied through the configuration file and are used by the library.
