Write document and/or helper app: "U2 MD Views"

Developers new to FOAM wanting to build Material Design apps will likely have questions like "How do I configure the ___ MD View?", "Is there an MD view for ___?", and so on. It would be great if we had some kind of searchable documentation ( + live demo? ) for these sorts of queries.

We need to think through maintaining the artifact as views are created and/or modified.
