Updates after two years

Hi,
I've found this project interesting and I was wondering if you would support it or help now that it does not work anymore because in two years things changed :)

In case you would:
- the download url should be changed [like this](https://github.com/mattmb/travis-remote-shell/commit/3ade0c36397ee3dfdb96d390216e44661ebbaa82)
- I don't if they changed something on travis, but even getting the things working in the build I try the nc command from my laptop on the right port and it just hangs
- can I help in any way?
