Flyte V2 UI search bar requests

I also would like to search by owner (user name) and across projects. That way MLEs can go to flyte and find all their recent tasks.

This was requested enough that we vibe coded an app just for this type of search. I would much prefer flyte v2 be the home base for MLEs instead of the vibe coded app.

Start by locating the Flyte V2 UI search entry point and reviewing how current task searches are scoped. Confirm how owner names and cross-project results should be represented, then verify completion with searches for an owner's recent tasks across multiple projects.
