### Feature Description

Provide a easy way to view all the changes / release notes the individial plugins had. Chat Hover can be used to display the notes itself.
if possible for all releases. like when i update from 1.0.0 to 1.0.2 it should include the notes from 1.0.1 too

The Discord Webhook feature could also be used for it, but i would prefer if that's not only depending on it.

### Why is this feature needed?

Currently, you have no clue what's changed & checking manually would defeat the purpose of the plugin. Needed if there are manual upgrade instruction or important infos.
