Create custom potions for Minecraft with an option for a Regular, Splash, Lingering Potions and Tipped Arrows.
Ability to add multiple or a singular potion effect to the potion/arrow with a any strength and any length of time including infinate.
Option to display particles, only ambiant particles or no particles
