Start file generator suggestions

I usually add the "pause" command at the end of my start.bat so that the console window doesn't immediate close when it crashes/shuts down, I think adding an option for that would be useful for some (and whatever is the equivalent to the "pause" command for Linux and MacOS).
There could also be an option to choose how long of a timeout you want before the server restarts by itself (or when the person presses a key like the "pause" command) with the auto restart option
