Upload does not proceed with "No Network Security Config specified, using platform default"

Good Day.

I was using the plugin with no issues before, but after upgrading to the latest beta version ^3.0.0-beta.2. I am getting the following log: "D/NetworkSecurityConfig(23459): No Network Security Config specified, using platform default". Upload does not proceed.

I am using Huawei PRA-LX2 with following flutter doctor ( i am using dev):
